Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1.5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience (configuration, implementation, consulting/administration, support, and escalations)
  • NetSuite Certifications preferred (ERP Consultant and Administrator)

  • Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteApps and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • Assist in service delivery and support for assigned accounts, ensuring timely responses to client requests per established guidelines and SLAs.
  • Support client satisfaction by addressing queries within SLAs and participating in account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document business requirements and support functional design, testing, training, and support procedures.
  • Participate in requirements gathering with new customers to capture configuration needs and assist in the development and testing of functional designs and business solution components.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 1.5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, implementation, consulting/administration, support, and escalations. 
  • NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant and Administrator.
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP Familiarity with common NetSuite Suiteapps (Preferred).
  • Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in service delivery and support for accounts assigned to the team, ensuring timely responses to client requests as per established guidelines. 
  • Support client satisfaction efforts by addressing client queries and requests within agreed-upon SLAs. 
  • Participate in account reviews to support the identification of client satisfaction levels, adherence to processes, and areas for potential improvement. 
  • Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document business requirements and support functional design, testing, training, and support procedures under guidance. 
  • Assist in preparing and documenting functional requirements to support Business Requirements Design efforts. 
  • Support the development and testing of functional designs and business solution components, working closely with senior team members.
  • Contribute to test planning, execution, and support activities as part of the optimization process. 
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with new customers to support configuration requirements and document findings. 
  • Collaborate with team members and technical developers to support the optimization process and address client needs.
