Proven experience in financial management, cost accounting, reporting, and analysis within the travel industry. Strong understanding of Australian taxation laws and key financial processes. Proficiency in Xero software and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. Self-starter capable of working fully independently and unsupervised. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving key financial targets and driving profitability. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Core responsibilities:
