Writing Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience ghostwriting or publishing wellness/spirituality-focused content. Voice Matching: Ability to adapt tone and language to reflect a founder’s distinct personality, spiritual values, and audience connection. Industry Insight: Strong understanding of Reiki, fasting, energy clearing, divine feminine healing, and spiritual coaching spaces. Organized & Independent: Skilled in managing timelines, content revisions, and delivering clean copy without micro-management. Content Strategy Savvy: Familiarity with how eBooks fit into broader digital product and retreat ecosystems. Tools & Delivery: Proficient in Google Docs, Canva (optional), and digital file organization for e-commerce or platform integration.

Core responsibilities:

Content Development: Collaborate with founder to ghostwrite eBooks rooted in Reiki, energy work, prayer-based healing, fasting, and holistic retreats. Spiritual Alignment: Write in a voice that honors both scriptural foundations and intuitive healing language, aligned with the brand’s faith-based mission. Research & Concepting: Assist with outlining book structures, researching scriptural references, spiritual principles, and wellness trends. Storytelling & Editing: Transform voice notes, outlines, and spiritual downloads into polished, transformative digital texts. Formatting & Publishing Prep: Support formatting for digital publication and e-commerce platforms. Product Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative and product teams to align eBook launches with retreat themes or merchandise rollouts.
