Min 2.5 years proven experience in lead generation, B2B Sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (real estate experience is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office software. Ability to conduct independent research to identify and qualify potential leads Experience or willingness to learn in real estate related admin and contract management

Core responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to a provided prospect list to generate interest and engagement. Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to determine suitability. Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team. Conduct independent research to identify and develop additional leads beyond the existing list. Utilize online tools, industry directories, and networking opportunities to build a robust lead pipeline. Update and maintain lead information and interaction history in the CRM system. Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data through regular reviews and updates. Provide detailed information on qualified leads to the sales team. Meet established targets for calls, lead qualifications, and appointments booked. Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes as needed. Perform real estate related admin work such as contract management and data entry in line with client SOPs.
