Client & Candidate Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and UK-based healthcare clients.
End-to-End Recruitment Process Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
Compliance & Documentation Ensure candidates meet UK regulatory and compliance standards, including visa requirements and licensing.
Database & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and recruitment activities.
Sales & Business Development Develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Market Research & Strategy Stay informed about UK healthcare recruitment trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
