Overview:
We are a financial services mobile app seeking a hands-on and data-driven Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and scale our paid advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, Apple Search and Google Play Console.
The candidate must be an expert in managing campaigns in Meta Ads and have a proven track record of driving measurable growth through creative testing, audience strategy, and technical optimization. Experience with mobile app advertising is ideal.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys blending creative thinking with deep technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the setup, optimization, and performance of all Meta app install campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation.
Support and eventually lead managing Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads and Google Play Console Ads
Manage tracking integrations across Appsflyer, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
Implement and maintain conversion actions and event tracking across multiple marketing platforms.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies to drive lower CPIs and higher ROAS.
Collaborate with creative and copy teams to test ad concepts, landing pages, and messaging angles.
Stay up to date on platform best practices, privacy updates (SKAdNetwork, ATT), and performance marketing trends.
Work closely with management to develop strategy, forecasting, and reporting dashboards.
