Requirements:

  • Lead project execution and delivery tracking: maintain project trackers and timelines, define task ownership, provide status updates, ensure action items are completed on time, and support planning and execution of client and internal initiatives
  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams: gather updates, resolve blockers, align priorities, communicate timelines and next steps, and document meeting notes and follow-ups
  • Support client communication and documentation: prepare status updates and client-ready documents, manage feedback loops and approvals, ensure smooth information flow between stakeholders
  • Drive process improvement and knowledge capture: identify workflow gaps, suggest improvements, and document best practices and execution processes

About This Role

Internship Duration: 6 months
Location: India Remote (must be able to work until ~11:30 PM IST)
Stipend: 21,000 INR per month

This is an Account Coordination and Project Execution internship focused on managing workflows, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of client and internal projects.

This is NOT a data or Analyst role.

You will act as the connector between teams by organising tasks, tracking progress, documenting decisions, and ensuring work gets completed on time and at high quality. The role is suited for candidates interested in Account Management, Project Management, Operations, or Client Delivery.

Candidates with prior internship/work experience or those pursuing/completing an MBA will be prioritised.

Candidates are expected to maintain a professional remote workspace conducive to productivity and client interaction. This includes a dedicated desk setup, professional video presence, and a noise-free environment during scheduled working hours.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery Tracking

• Maintain project trackers, timelines, task ownership, and status updates
• Ensure action items are followed through and completed on time
• Support planning and execution of client and internal initiatives

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work across multiple teams to gather updates, resolve blockers, and align priorities
• Communicate timelines, expectations, and next steps clearly
• Support structured meeting notes, summaries, and follow ups

Client & Communication Support

• Help prepare status updates and client-ready documentation
• Manage feedback loops and approval cycles
• Ensure smooth information flow between stakeholders

Presentation & Documentation Quality

• Convert raw inputs into clear, well-structured presentations focused on visual story-telling
• Review materials for grammar, consistency, clarity, and formatting quality

Process & Workflow Improvement

• Help identify gaps in workflows and suggest improvements
• Support documentation of best practices and execution processes

Ownership & Independent Work

• Take responsibility for assigned initiatives end to end
• Work confidently in a remote global environment
• Escalate risks early and provide solution-oriented updates
• Handle and prioritize many ongoing projects at a time
