Requirements:

  • Project task management: keep client trackers, dashboards, and Wrike projects up to date; ensure deliverables are on schedule and clearly assigned; coordinate with designers, developers, QA, and the Back of House team to deliver high-quality tests
  • Analytics and reporting: monitor live test performance, validate event tracking, analyze results using GA4 and other data platforms, and support presenting findings and data-driven recommendations
  • Test planning, coordination, and QA: craft test ideas and strategy, submit and monitor dev tickets, review previews, manage client approvals, perform live QA across devices, and draft test copy as needed
  • Client communication and relationship management: act as primary day-to-day contact, prep client agendas and decks, participate in client calls, and document next steps and follow-ups

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive strategist with a passion for data and client collaboration to join our full-service CRO agency. As a CRO Strategist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ testing programs run smoothly from start to finish — managing timelines, communication, and analytics with precision.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves keeping projects moving, and takes ownership of details big and small. You’ll support your Senior CRO Strategist in coordinating test execution, analyzing performance data, preparing presentations, and managing communication between clients, designers, developers, and internal teams. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential.

Education & Professional Experience 

  • Experience in digital marketing, analytics, or account/project management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading client calls and summarizing next steps.
  • Experience working with website analytics (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Clarity) and interpreting performance data.
  • E-commerce experience preferred.
  • Previous CRO, testing, or web project management experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Project & Task Management (25%)

    • Keep client trackers, dashboards, and Wrike projects up to date
    • Ensure all deliverables are clearly assigned, on schedule, and completed between calls.
    • Review client dashboards daily to confirm progress toward monthly deliverables.
    • Partner with developers, designers, QA, and the entire Back of House team to track task progress and escalate issues when needed.
    • Ensure all elements of a test (planning, copy, design, development, etc.) are executed with the highest quality and delivered on schedule.
       
  • Analytics & Reporting (25%)

    • Monitor live test performance and validate event tracking accuracy.
    • Analyze test results using Google Analytics and other data platforms, depending on the client analytics stack.
    • Support your Senior Strategist in reviewing findings, building client presentations, and communicating data-driven recommendations.
       
  • Test Planning, Coordination & QA (25%)

    • Support your Senior Strategist on crafting test ideas; plan and document test strategy, including: identifying test variants, hypothesis, supporting evidence, and KPIs.
    • Submit dev tickets for new tests or implementations; monitor tickets to ensure they progress as needed to remain on schedule.
    • Review preview links, manage client approvals, and help troubleshoot issues.
    • Perform live QAs to ensure tests meet scope and perform correctly across devices.
    • Draft compelling copy as needed for tests, including headlines and descriptions based on client’s brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
    • Supporting the CRO team in other projects and tasks as needed.
       
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management (25%)

    • Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for clients; build trust through reliability, responsiveness, and clarity.
    • Work with your Senior Strategist to prep client call agendas & decks.
    • Support your Senior Strategist on client calls; send post-call recaps and ensure next steps are clearly documented.
    • Monitor client Slack channels and inboxes for updates, questions, and deliverables.
