Job description

Location: Remote, India

Team: Technology and Innovation

About Acadia

Acadia is a data, media, and technology-driven digital agency focused on helping brands achieve faster growth. Our expertise spans performance marketing, analytics, creative services, and retail media, all fueled by a culture of curiosity and continuous innovation.

Technology and Innovation are key focus areas to significantly accelerate the practical application of advanced AI across the company. This team's mission is to build scalable AI agents and automations that deliver tangible business impact and make Acadia smarter, faster, and more creative, moving beyond mere experiments and prototypes.

The Role

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer based in India to join our global Technology and Innovation team. This is a highly hands-on role where you will be responsible for designing and building AI-driven workflows and intelligent agents.

You will leverage orchestration tools like n8n and LangChain, alongside OpenAI GPT models, to automate complex processes for Acadia’s analytics, retail, media, and creative teams. This is a role focused on practical AI, solving real business problems and delivering immediately usable tools for internal teams and clients, rather than traditional data science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI agents and automations to streamline workflows across all areas of the business.
  • Familiarity with major enterprise AI platforms, including OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, and Anthropic Claude.
  • Connect Large Language Models (LLMs) to various business systems using APIs, webhooks, and orchestration platforms such as n8n or LangChain.
  • Develop and test novel AI use cases, ranging from auditing Amazon product detail pages for "AI readiness" to identifying creative fatigue in media data.
  • Experiment with emerging generative AI tools like Veo 3 to enable creative generation.
  • Collaborate with global teams to pinpoint automation opportunities and build scalable prototypes.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI automations - from ideation to deployment and iterative improvement.
  • Document and share insights to drive the broader adoption of AI throughout Acadia.
