Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of SAP functional experience in OTC, RevRec, IFRS, US GAAP, ASC 606, and RAR
  • Strong hands-on SAP RAR implementation experience on SAP S/4HANA and functioning as a key functional resource
  • Detailed knowledge of accounting principles and how RAR works; experience setting up BRFplus (Business Rule Framework)
  • Experience with ASC 606 implementations (RAR/RevPro), large data migrations for RAR, and integration across ECC, CC, S4 BRIM, and CI to RAR; Agile experience

Requirements:

  • Lead SAP RAR implementations on S/4HANA as a key functional resource and participate in design, development, and solution architecture within RAR and related SAP areas
  • Set up BRFplus and support ASC 606 implementations with RAR and related applications (e.g., RevPro)
  • Perform large data migrations for RAR and ensure seamless integration between ECC, CC, S4 BRIM, and CI to RAR
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment, translate business needs into technical architecture requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Job description:

• Must have Strong hands on experience with SAP RAR implementations with S4 HANA and acting as an Key functional resource

• 8+ years' experience in business application design, development, implementation, and/or solution architecture within the SAP Functional areas of OTC, RevRec, IFRS, USGAAP, ASC 606, RAR

• Detailed knowledge of Accounting principle and how RAR works.

• Experience in Setting up BRF+ (business rule framework)

• Experience in implementing ASC 606 with applications like RAR, RevPro etc.

• Experience in doing Large data migration for RAR

• Experience with integration between ECC, CC, S4 BRIM, CI to RAR

• Knowledge of RAR OCM module is good to have

• Experience in an Agile environment is preferred

• Experience with multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments

• Translates business needs into technical architecture requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation

• Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture

• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations

• Estimates financial impact of technical architecture alternatives

• Applies multiple technical solutions to business problems

• Quickly comprehends the functions and capabilities of new technology

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Excellent planning and organizational skills
