• 2+ projects working as a BA on a payments solution end to end. Must have experience working with gateways/processors and understand money movement (cash and card rails). Payments experience is a must in order to understand the complexity of the environment with a basic understanding of networking dynamics of payments

• Experience collaborating with business and leadership with a solid understanding of agile practices. lulu is looking for someone who has the ability to take initiative, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working with ambiguity.

• Senior Business Analyst with over 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects within an enterprise environment (1000+ employees). Gathering technical requirements, understanding application functionality and integrations to build technical requirements for the development team.

Plus: Retail or Digital E-commerce experience

Client is looking for a Business Analyst for the Payments team. lulu is essentially replacing the vast majority of their payment solution to have a unified solution. This person will be working with all channels where payments could come in.

What you do:
- Business and functional requirement gathering for small medium complex scope; compiling needs from multiple stakeholders into a single set of prioritized requirements
- Identify business processes, document their workflow in process maps which reflect the relationship between the operating model and the technology platforms, and identify roles within these processes
- Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges, assist in aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business stakeholders
- Include dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements
- Assess configuration options to meet requirements and specifications
- Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs
- Engages with Digital and Technology teams to design/configure solutions and ensure final delivery meets requirements
- Utilize or develop artifacts such as business requirements documentation, JIRA, and Confluence to facilitate requirements alignment sessions, develop test scripts, and document requirements for SOX auditing
- Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and roadmaps to have comprehensive understanding of current state and ideal future state
- Lead cross functional collaboration and drives to alignment with business partners within constraints of the project or work

Opportunity to work on a high-profile initiative that will impact all of lululemon\'s store locations on a global scale; this role will provide the right BA access across multiple stakeholder groups as well.
