Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Certinia (FinancialForce) to support our business operations and IT team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, helping to analyze, define, and document business processes, gather requirements, and implement solutions in Certinia to improve business performance. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and expertise in Certinia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements, especially in areas related to finance, project management, and operations.

• Design and implement solutions in Certinia to meet business needs, including custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.

• Develop and maintain system configurations, ensuring alignment with business goals and ensuring smooth functionality of Certinia.

• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure optimal system performance.

• Perform data analysis to inform business decisions, utilizing Certinia's capabilities for financial reporting, project accounting, and revenue recognition.

• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to enhance the organization's use of Certinia and ensure adoption of new functionalities.

• Act as the point of contact for Certinia-related inquiries, updates, and integrations with other systems like Salesforce.

• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and reports to track progress and project success.

• Monitor and maintain the ongoing performance of Certinia, ensuring that it scales with the business's growth and changing needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Proven experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) configuration and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of business processes in finance, professional services, or project management.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in Certinia (FinancialForce) modules, such as Accounting, PSA, Revenue Management, etc.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certinia (FinancialForce) certification or training.

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
