Requirements:
Maintain and troubleshoot the 3M server for the 3M 360 Encompass system, monitor performance, apply patches, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
Analyze HIM workflows and EPIC EHR processes to identify optimization opportunities
Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience, integrating them into existing workflows
Configure user groups, manage rights, and maintain worklists as part of system implementation; generate detailed system admin reports, resolve reporting issues, and troubleshoot HL7 messaging problems to enhance system performance

Job Title : 3M Analyst with HIM Application Analyst
Location : Remote (Must be in PST hrs)
Duration : Long Term
Description: Responsible for 3M server maintenance and troubleshooting for the 3M 360 Encompass system.
Monitor system performance, apply patches, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
Conduct in-depth analysis of HIM workflows and Epic EHR processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Design and implemented solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience, seamlessly integrating them into existing workflows.
Configure user groups, managed rights, and maintained worklists as part of system implementation.
Generate detailed system admin reports, resolved reporting issues, and troubleshot HL7 messaging problems to enhance system performance.
