Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
6+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, with at least 2 years hands-on with Saviynt.
Strong scripting skills (Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, Python) and experience with identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS integrations; ability to translate requirements with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.

Job Description
The IAM Senior Engineer will be responsible for the service design, build and document all key elements of Hertz Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) infrastructure and services that are part of the overall identity security program of Hertz.
It is incumbent upon the IAM Senior Engineer to ensure uniformity of services, adherence to standards, and consistency of infrastructure delivery. The Senior Engineer works with Hertz application teams and external partners to deliver quality services to Internal and External Customers.
The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level Identity Governance and Administration solutions. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient access to IT resources across the organization, leveraging platforms like Saviynt, SailPoint or Oracle Identity Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
IGA Platform Engineering
Design and configure preferably Saviynt IGA modules including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Request, Role Management, and Access Certification.
