Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with major LMS platforms (KP Learn, Cornerstone, Saba, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors)
Requirements:
Design and develop interactive e-learning courses and blended learning materials using Articulate 360 and related tools
Create instructor-led materials, facilitator decks, and participant guides using PowerPoint and PDF tools
Publish, track, and report learning activity within an LMS and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with learning objectives
Coordinate projects and work with SMEs using project management and collaboration tools to meet deadlines
