Microsoft PowerPoint – for instructor-led materials, facilitator decks, and participant guides
Camtasia or similar – for basic video editing, screen capture, and voiceover work
Adobe Acrobat / PDF tools – for creating and editing accessible learner guides, job aids, and handouts
Learning Management System (LMS)
Used to publish, track, and report learning
Familiarity with major LMS platforms such as: KP Learn (or comparable systems like Cornerstone, Saba, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors) Project Management & Collaboration Tools
