Tech industry background in large, complex enterprise environments
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables; advanced formulas) and budgeting/forecasting familiarity
ServiceNow experience (PPM or ticketing tools) and exposure to Tableau or other data analytics tools
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional, regulatory-driven projects (e.g., CMS, EPIC) with knowledge of APIs, data warehouses, and data flow concepts
Requirements:
Lead and deliver a mix of business and technical projects (about 60% business / 40% technical), including AI initiatives, cloud architecture, automation, and data-driven solutions
Govern projects with senior sponsors and committees (Presidents, Legal Counsel, IT partners, and delivery leadership) and provide regular status reporting and governance
Manage project budgets from $250K to $5M, including CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, forecasting labor expenses, and coordinating with SMEs
Oversee regulatory-driven initiatives (e.g., CMS, EPIC) and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success

Roles & Responsibilities
Mix of business and technical projects (approx. 60% business / 40% technical)
Projects may involve AI initiatives, cloud architecture, automation, and data-driven solutions
Interaction with senior executives and committees, including Presidents, Legal Counsel, IT partners, and delivery leadership
Must have strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, etc.
Understanding of CAPEX and OPEX: will work with Finance but need to understand how CAPEX and OPEX is split, how would you categorize it between the two
Tableau knowledge, exposure to Tableau from a Data Analytics perspective is a huge plus
ServiceNow experience or similar ticketing tool would be huge plus
Ability to work on very complex projects.
Projects vary but some are regulation driven such as from CMS, EPIC driven, etc
Most project have Sr executive sponsors or committees, President level engagements.
