Roles & Responsibilities

Workato integration expertise (hard requirement).
Experience with Salesforce integrations including Sales Cloud; Salesforce CPQ preferred (Apttus CPQ acceptable if transferrable).
NetSuite integration experience.
Familiarity with Workato Agent AI/Agent Studio and/or scripting in Python or JavaScript to extend integrations.

Requirements:

Build, enhance, and maintain Workato integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other SaaS tools.
Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready Workato recipes.
Troubleshoot and remediate integration issues with minimal supervision; document workflows, data mappings, dependencies, and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure API alignment, data integrity, and best practices; evaluate emerging Workato features such as Agent Studio, Workato Go, and MCP servers.

Job description

Job Title : Integration Developer (Workato)
Location : Remote
Duration : 6+ Month Contract
Key Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and maintain Workato integrations across systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite and other SaaS tools.
Translate requirements from business stakeholders into scalable, production-ready Workato recipes.
Troubleshoot and remediate integration issues with minimal supervision.
Document workflows, data mappings, dependencies, and operational runbooks.
Partner with internal technical teams to ensure API alignment, data integrity, and best practices.
Evaluate and experiment with emerging Workato features—especially Workato Agent Studio, Workato Go, and Workato MCP servers

Primary platforms:

Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ)
NetSuite
Workato (core integration platform)
GTM ecosystem: ~45–50 connected applications (e.g., Marketo, Gong, etc.).
Exploring Workato Agent AI / Agent Studio; agentic workflows may be part of scope.

Must-Have Skills

Workato integration expertise (hard requirement).
Salesforce integrations + Sales Cloud.
Salesforce CPQ (preferred).
Apttus CPQ acceptable if experience can translate to Salesforce CPQ.
NetSuite integration experience.

Nice-to-Have / Flexible

Agentic AI workflow experience (Workato Agent AI/Agent Studio ideal; similar agentic tools acceptable if transferable).
Python or JavaScript scripting (to "go below the hood” on integration tasks and attach scripts to Workato tasks, if needed).
