Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience as an Azure Solution Architect or data/solutions architect with a focus on data and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
Experience with core Azure data services: Synapse (SQL DW), Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory (Ingestion), and Power BI (Visualization).
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and bridge business needs with IT considerations.

Requirements:

Lead data technology architecture to build and improve next-generation capabilities driving business growth.
Collaborate with Business Analytics leaders to understand business needs and articulate the value created through data technology.
Design and build pharma data analytics capabilities using advanced technology and architecture to deliver data-driven insights.
Drive prioritization and implementation of data architecture methodologies and Azure services to ensure scalability, flexibility, and performance of platforms, products, and solutions.

Job description

Azure Solution Architect
Location: Remote (EST)
Duration: 5 Months+

Lead data & technology architecture, building and improving next generation capabilities that drive business growth.
Work closely with the Business Analytics leaders to understand needs of the business; clearly articulating the story of value created through data & technology.
Design & build pharma data analytics capabilities that take advantage of advanced technology and architecture to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
Create the Database object model document from the business requirements.
Drive prioritization and implementation most appropriate combination of data architecture methodologies & frameworks to ensure optimal scalability, flexibility and performance of platforms, products & solutions.
Experience with core Azure services related to data and analytics Azure Services extensively used are - Synapse (SQL DW), Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory(Ingestion), Power BI(Visualization)
Optimize databases to make the relevant recommendations about the suitable database design.
Understanding and converting the business requirements to technical requirements document.
Act as a organization's data management processes and bridge the gap between business needs and IT considerations, provide the feasible and adoptable data solutions.
Should have the hands-on python and sql
