Over 10 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in managing or leading application support, with pharmacy domain experience required.
At least 5 years of people management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience with the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through UAT and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

Lead and mentor development teams in the design, development, and support of pharmacy-related applications, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, including UAT.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and drive technical decisions across back-end and front-end stacks (Oracle, SQL Server, C#, ReactJS, JavaScript, .NET MVC, Python, Unix scripting).
Ensure architecture compliance, code quality, and risk management while coordinating remote team activities.

Job description

Experience Required: Over 10 years with a minimum of 5+ years in managing or leading support of applications. Pharmacy experience is a must.
Experience Required: 5 years' people management.
Experience Desired: Experience with the full project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering through UAT support to post-implementation support.
Education Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
