Roles & Responsibilities

Strong experience with the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC 4.0+ and WebAPI) and front-end development with ReactJS
Proficiency in REST APIs, GraphQL and gRPC, plus SQL programming, NoSQL, stored procedures and ORM (Entity Framework)
Proficiency with development tools (Visual Studio/VS Code, SSMS, Git) and solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, static analysis and quality metrics
Solid understanding of SOLID design principles, clean-code practices, cloud experience with Azure and distributed systems; ability to mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

Create technical design artifacts in collaboration with architecture and product teams; develop and test web applications using ReactJS and .NET technologies while applying SOLID principles
Review pull requests, guide the team on best practices, and ensure clean, optimized, and performant code; mentor junior engineers
Develop and integrate REST APIs, GraphQL and gRPC; work with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM; implement unit tests and automation; participate in CI/CD pipelines

Job description

Job Summary

As a Lead TechnicalEngineer, you will write code to develop and maintain web-basedsolutions for internal and customer-facing applications. You will contribute significantly to software design and architecture and provide expertise in the use of ReactJS (Client-Side Framework), HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Designs, Web API, C# and related Microsoft .NET technology stack including best practices and design patterns.

You will code review team contributions, as well as guide them on best practices. You will be responsible for working with product to understand business ask, reviewing and assisting the team in evaluating user stories for upcoming sprints, creating technical designs, writing code and unit testing, looking out for feature gaps, and ensuring team competency during the sprint. You should clearly understand relational database models, NoSQL, and SQL programming to support the application functionality. You will provide support for stakeholder requests, participate and support System integration testing, support customer requests and respond to incidents in a timely manner as well as mentor junior team members as needed. You will be responsible for team contributing to clean code and following Quality code practices.

Job responsibilities

Creating technical design artifacts partnering with architecture and product/business teams.
Strong understanding of the SOLID design principles.

Proficiency in writing code involving C#, ASP.Net, MVC 4.0+, ReactJS, NodeJS, WebAPI, HTML 5.0,

Strong proficiency and working knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL and a good understanding of

gRPC.

Proficient with SQL programming, NoSQL,SQL stored procedures, ADO.NetandEntity Framework
Development tools like Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, GIT and tools to explore Data.
Solid understanding of Static analysis tools, Quality code practices and using tools in the pipeline

to build code coverage and addressing Quality metrics.

Review PRs from the team ensuringclean, optimized and performant code is delivered. Contribute

to increasing code quality.

Ability to think outside the box, build clean code and follow standard coding guidelines and

practices.

Good knowledge of building native Cloud based solutions with Azure and strong fundamental

understanding of distributed systems.

Creating test scripts meeting business requirements, perform unit testing and automation.
Ability to work collaboratively with other feature teams and be able to mentor/coach junior

members in the team.
