Requirements:

  • End-to-end technical management of complex private cloud SAP landscapes, including proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, RCA, and performance/data growth management.
  • Technical housekeeping: log data cleanup, applying SAP Security Notes, and data growth management (partitioning/archiving).
  • Change and release management: maintenance of transport landscapes and execution of standard and non-preapproved technical changes.
  • Deliverables and governance: contribute to Monthly Service Performance Reports, provide weekly open-item highlights, maintain Known Error Databases (KEDBs) and monitoring documentation, and ensure SLA commitments (20-minute reaction time and 4-hour resolution for Priority 1).

Job description

Core Responsibilities & Scope

The selected consultants will be responsible for the end-to-end technical management of complex private cloud landscapes. Key tasks include:

· Continuous Administration: Handling troubleshooting, deep-dive investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex technical issues.

· Proactive Monitoring: Managing health, job, integration, performance, and data growth monitoring based on SAP best practices.

· Technical Housekeeping: Performing administrative tasks such as log data cleaning, security patch level maintenance (applying SAP Security Notes), and data growth management (partitioning/archiving).

· Change & Release Management: Maintenance of transport landscapes and execution of standard and non-preapproved technical changes.

Critical Requirements & Performance Standards

Candidates must strictly meet the following criteria to be considered:

· Seniority: A minimum of 5–7 years of expert hands-on SAP Basis administration and support experience.

· Mandatory Certification: A valid SAP Certification in Basis Technology is non-negotiable.

· SLA Commitment: Resources must be prepared to meet stringent SLAs, including a 20-minute reaction time and 4-hour resolution time for Priority 1 (Very High) incidents.

· Technical Tools: Proficiency in SAP Focused RUN, Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow (SNOW) is required.

· Soft Skills: Must act as technical mentors, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to highlight technical risks promptly to SAP leadership.

Expected Deliverables

· Contribution to Monthly Service Performance Reports.

· Weekly highlights of open items and active issue tracking.

· Maintenance of Known Error Databases (KEDBs) and monitoring documentation.
