Lead and manage application support and development efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery quality
Drive the full project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering through UAT to post-implementation support
Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications leveraging C#, .NET, and front-end ReactJS as well as SQL databases
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs

Experience Required: Over 10 years with a minimum of 5+ years in managing or leading support of applications.
