3+ years of hands-on Agile product owner experience, including creating user stories, backlog refinement, and working with JIRA in an agile squad; ability to map business processes.
3+ years of Salesforce subject matter expertise to implement and optimize operational workflows aligned with USCM requirements; knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design, standard objects, opportunities, contracts, CRM analytics.

Requirements:
Act as Agile Product Owner for a Salesforce-enabled financial services product, creating user stories, maintaining and refining the backlog, and prioritizing work in JIRA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and map business processes, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that meet USCM requirements.
Design and optimize operational workflows in Salesforce using Salesforce components (Lightning Design System, standard objects such as opportunities, contracts, CRM analytics) to improve efficiency and scalability.
