.NET Azure Security Developer – 100% Remote Location – USA Rate – DOE Start Date – Immediately
The .NET Azure Security Developer Consultant has extensive .NET development experience for solutions hosted in Azure. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can take direction well to remediate security risks identified by cloud security platforms such as Wiz.io and other security tools. Key Responsibilities:
Remediation & Resolution: Implement code or configuration changes for identified security issues in .NET applications and/or underlying Azure infrastructure.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code in .NET while following best practices and design patterns. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Development Teams: Work with infrastructure services, software developers and architects to ensure secure coding practices are followed and assist in implementing necessary security changes within the applications.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Learning and Adaptation: Quickly grasp new technologies and tools as needed

Qualifications:

DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
