Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of customized SFCC eCommerce solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide LOE estimates, and enforce coding standards & best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Author technical documentation for cartridges, integrations, and Business Manager configurations.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and client meetings, ensuring technical alignment with business objectives.
Design and implement integrations using OCAPI, SCAPI, REST API, and Integration Framework.
Integrate with payment gateways, OMS, analytics platforms, review systems, tax services, and address verification services.
Proactively identify system inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and provide long-term solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Must-Have Skills
10+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Strong expertise in OCAPI, SCAPI, REST API, and Integration Framework.
Proven experience in team leadership, ticket management, LOE estimation, and code reviews.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end SFCC implementations for enterprise clients.
Excellent knowledge of release management, sprint planning, and Agile practices.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience integrating Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Adyen, PayPal, and other payment solutions.
Worked with OMS systems, real-time inventory/shipping synchronization, and tax services like Vertex/AvaTax.
Experience with advanced analytics, DCAM, and marketing platform integrations.
Development of custom cartridges for regional websites, store locators, and product services.
