Rate range : $80-85/ hr on W2
Day to Day Responsibilities
(Being thorough in this section will allow the suppliers to pre-identify candidates more accurately.)
• Responsible for technical delivery of the solution working with multiple Agile teams that are developing various parts. This role is the glue between all those teams
• Coordinate with the infrastructure teams to ensure that the environments are available and working
• Facilitate pre-scheduled and ad-hoc meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks and develop solutions
• Assist the Program Manager to refine the project plan and ensure that the team meets the milestones
• Consult with key technical resources to prepare status reports. Translate technical details to simpler language for a senior leadership audience
• Collaborate with non-technical parts of the program (e.g. Training, Business Readiness, UAT etc.) to resolve inter-dependencies and be in sync
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
1. Technical IT Delivery in an Agile and cloud environment
2. Manage matrixed, cross-functional teams to meet strict deadlines
3. Calm under pressure. Self-driven individual who can operate with limited supervision
Preferred Skills (nice to have): Health Plan (insurance) industry
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) preferred
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) required
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification preferred
Required Testing:
Software Skills Required: Must have both business and technology project/program management experience
Required Certifications:
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) preferred
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) required
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification preferred
