Job description

The start date is flexible—any day is acceptable as long as the candidate can start no later than Nov 17th.
Rate will be lower for less experienced candidate.
Average Visits per Day: 5–6 visits per day on average.
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, mileage reimbursement is offered.
Geographic Coverage Area: The primary service areas include Anchorage and Eagle River.
At this time, we do not have specific housing recommendations to provide. We recommend securing accommodations as early as possible to ensure a smooth transition.
The standard shift structure will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
