Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Czech-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will connect with our Czech-speaking users, assisting them with their ride-sharing needs and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience on the platform.

This position is suitable for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and customer service, willing to work in a multicultural environment. If you enjoy helping people and are ready to embrace the vibrant atmosphere of Greece while working remotely, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app, accounts, and promotions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve user issues
  • Gather user feedback to enhance service quality
  • Stay updated on the latest app features and improvements
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to ensure continued professional development

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the technology or ride-sharing sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and ride-sharing apps is a plus
