In this important role, you will be the primary point of contact for Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about Dyson products and services while providing exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order management for Dyson products
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively
Maintain a thorough understanding of Dyson's product offerings and features
Gather customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience
Engage in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies

Requirements

Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or consumer products sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A proactive and customer-focused attitude
Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a remote work setting
