In this important role, you will be the primary point of contact for Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about Dyson products and services while providing exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order management for Dyson products
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Dyson's product offerings and features
• Gather customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or consumer products sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a remote work setting
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
