Job description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative for Imperial, with the flexibility to work from home in Greece! In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our French-speaking clients, helping them navigate their inquiries and providing solutions that enhance their experience with our brand.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic, remote environment. If you have a flair for communication and a commitment to excellence, we would love for you to be part of our team!

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and account management
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our support systems
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide insights and feedback to help improve our processes and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training to remain updated with product offerings and company policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently from home
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
