Requirements

Gainsight–Salesforce integration expert who has architected and delivered complex, enterprise-grade programs, this is the role for you.

This a 6-12 month Contract Remote Role

What You Will Lead

• End-to-end Gainsight ↔ Salesforce data architecture
  
• Large-scale data migration & transformation
  
• Complex field mapping across multi-system dependencies
  
• API-driven integrations & scalable ETL workflows
  
• Governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
  

You Should Already Have

• Deep, hands-on experience with Gainsight data model + Salesforce schema
  
• Led at least 1–2 enterprise migrations (not just supported)
  
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, ETL pipelines, and integration patterns
  
• Gainsight Admin or Architect Certification (mandatory)
  
• Clear, executive-level communication skills
  

This Role Is NOT For You If

• You’ve only done basic Gainsight admin work
  
• You need step-by-step direction
  
• You haven’t owned integration architecture decisions
  

This is not a configuration role.
