  • Lead weekly client calls, set agendas, drive structured updates, manage expectations, and handle questions/blockers to keep clients informed and in control
  • Own timelines across multiple client projects, coordinate developers and outreach specialists, track progress in Notion, and identify/resolving risks to ensure on-time delivery
  • Create clear briefs for the delivery team, translate client needs into actionable plans, maintain high standards across accounts, and improve reporting structures
  • Apply strategic thinking to understand how lead generation and AI systems work, spot performance improvements, and support upsells or scope expansion where appropriate

The Role


This is a hands on, client facing delivery role. You will support the operational side of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with total clarity for the client. You will sit between the client and our internal delivery team. You will protect timelines, manage expectations, and keep momentum high.


What You Will Be Responsible For


Client Management

• Leading weekly client calls
• Setting agendas and driving structured updates
• Managing expectations clearly and confidently
• Handling questions, blockers and feedback
• Ensuring clients feel informed and in control


Project Delivery

• Owning timelines across multiple client projects
• Coordinating developers, outreach specialists and internal team
• Tracking progress inside Notion
• Identifying risks early and resolving them
• Ensuring systems go live efficiently


Internal Operations

• Creating clear briefs for the delivery team
• Translating client needs into actionable plans
• Improving reporting structure
• Maintaining high standards across accounts
• Helping refine internal processes as we scale


Strategic Thinking

• Understanding how our lead generation and AI systems work
• Spotting opportunities to improve performance
• Supporting upsells or scope expansion where appropriate
