Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Polish-Speaking Remote Assistance Representative for Mercedes-Benz, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Greece. In this essential position, you will provide exceptional remote support to Polish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the unparalleled service they expect from a premier luxury vehicle manufacturer.

Your proficiency in Polish will be fundamental as you assist clients with inquiries related to vehicle features, maintenance, and customer service. By delivering knowledgeable and prompt responses, you will enhance the customer experience and strengthen loyalty among Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality remote customer assistance in Polish via phone, email, and chat for Mercedes-Benz clients
  • Address inquiries about vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance issues
  • Effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure a satisfactory outcome
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve our service offerings
  • Stay up-to-date with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service updates to provide current information

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, accompanied by excellent verbal and written communication skills. Please ensure your nationality and native language are indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong customer service abilities with an emphasis on effective problem-solving
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive or luxury sector, is an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a home-based setting
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • A genuine interest in automobiles and a dedication to delivering a superior customer experience
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
