We are looking for a proactive Virtual Lead Generation VT to join our team and help drive our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. In this role, you will support our sales and marketing efforts by researching target markets, building contact lists, and reaching out to prospective clients. This remote position is perfect for someone with excellent research skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting with potential customers.
Qualify leads and gather essential information to assess potential interest
Set appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth hand-offs
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging to maintain engagement
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets
Communicate effectively with the sales team to align on prospects and opportunities
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persuasive approach
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to build rapport and handle rejection professionally
Goal-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace/MS Office)
Salary Range: $4-5/hr
