Manager, Partnership Development

Let’s build! We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused professional with experience in a marketing agency environment to help grow and expand relationships within an existing client base. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to uncover and recommend opportunities across technology and marketing strategies- meeting clients plein air, where their businesses actually live and breathe.

This role is designed for individuals who thrive in client partnerships and are energized by helping restaurant and retail brands evolve and scale. You’ll work within a defined book of business, guide clients through thoughtful growth initiatives, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, tailored solutions. Through trusted relationships and strategic thinking, you’ll help transform client businesses while continuing to grow your own career in a fast-moving, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning solutions to their business and marketing goals
• Leverage agency processes to identify expansion opportunities across services, technology, and strategy
• Lead client engagements from discovery through execution, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strong client outcomes, retention, and long-term value
• Maintain a clear, organized view of client opportunities and initiatives using a thoughtful, data-informed approach

• Proficiency in English; experience supporting restaurant or retail brands is a plus
• Background working in a marketing agency, digital agency, or professional services environment
• Experience managing client relationships and guiding complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable recommendations
• Comfortable influencing outcomes through collaboration rather than transactional selling
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and internal teams
• Self-directed, organized, and motivated by helping clients grow and succeed
