  • Align with Product Delivery: Improve on operational processes related to the website production for enhanced speed to launch and overall account deadlines.
  • Ensure clear and defined UX and UI: Work with the internal Creative team by delivering detailed briefs and be involved in creative reviews with a good eye for UX design.

It’s Plein Air Agency is a leading marketing consultancy focusing on the restaurant and hospitality industry providing solutions from Creative, Production, Media Strategy & Buying, Digital Content to Website and Mobile App development. We are a fully remote agency and are looking for remote talent to join our team!


We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Partner with a desire to work with various clients on web and mobile app technologies, who is looking to work in a fast-paced agency environment. As a Client Partner, you are the owner of the client relationship. You ensure that the products and services we deliver exceed expectations and drive measurable impact. You act as the client’s internal advocate, ensuring that all projects align with their vision while balancing operational clarity, team coordination, and strategic problem-solving.


Responsibilities And Duties

  • Lead Client Project Meetings: Own planning, coordination of workflow, creation, and execution of project plans that impact all web and app projects.
  • Operationalize Project Plans: Facilitate planning meetings, and ongoing status meetings and sharing the outputs of those meetings in a way that is easy for the teams to reference and understand.
  • Own Client QA Process: Review produced websites for accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards, and coordinate team and client approvals of all creative deliverables.
  • Align with Product Delivery: Improve on operational processes related to the website production for enhanced speed to launch and overall account deadlines.
  • Ensure clear and defined UX and UI: Work with the internal Creative team by delivering detailed briefs and be involved in creative reviews with a good eye for UX design.
  • Manage Content Inputs: Add content (text, photos, and videos) to pages, construct menu/navigation systems, and help integrate 3rd party data.
  • Manage the client feedback process: Interpret client requests in order to route them accordingly.
  • Participate in Weekly Allocation and Roadmap Meetings: Collaborate with Product Delivery and discuss necessary touchpoints between teams such as stand-ups, status, and progress review.
  • Improve the Process: Contribute to the development of methodologies, standards, and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies for the production of digital work.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in client-facing roles within tech.
  • In addition, bonus if working with API integrations - particularly with OlO, Personica, Yext, or other menu management systems or loyalty programs.
