Are you interested in business and management and eager to shape the future of AI? Large-scale language models are evolving from simple conversational tools into systems capable of analyzing business strategy, operational workflows, and organizational decision-making. With high-quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can help improve business education, support planning and analysis, and assist professionals across industries. That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.
We’re looking for individuals with familiarity in areas such as business operations, management principles, organizational behavior, project management, marketing, entrepreneurship, supply chain fundamentals, and strategic planning. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics such as business case analysis, decision-making frameworks, market positioning, operational efficiency, and management scenarios—documenting failure modes so we can strengthen model reasoning and practical understanding.
On a typical day, you will engage the model with business scenarios, analytical and situational questions, and strategy-based exercises; evaluate logical consistency and real-world applicability; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning quality. You may also help identify where models oversimplify business processes or misunderstand how organizations operate in practice.
A background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination is valuable, and entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge and strong problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply. Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential.
Ready to turn your business and management knowledge into the knowledge foundation for tomorrow’s AI? Apply today and help train systems that support professionals and organizations worldwide.
We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
