This role allows you to engage with users and provide premier customer support, ensuring a seamless experience on the platform for Polish-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to Polish-speaking users via multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Assist users with inquiries related to account management, features, and platform functionalities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Educate users about best practices and features of the service to enhance their overall experience.
  • Document all interactions carefully and contribute to the knowledge base for ongoing service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and customer feedback to provide insightful support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or social media sector, is advantageous.
