Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field
Extensive leadership experience in sales within the European Union
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing cross-functional teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills; fluency in English; additional EU languages a plus

Requirements:

Develop and execute the EU sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
Lead, coach and develop the EU sales team, including hiring and performance management
Collaborate with marketing, product, finance and supply chain to optimize regional performance
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, distributors and stakeholders across the EU
