Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Execute a consultative sales process that involves identifying potential customers, needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Proactively seek out new business through individual efforts and effectively managing a pipeline of inbound leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
  • Continually enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Work closely with other employees in sales, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Other:

Working Hours are:

  • BC Residents: 6 AM – 2:30 PM PST or 6 AM – 3:00 PM PST 
  • Additional options: 7 AM – 3:30 PM PST or 7 AM to 4PM PST or 7:30 AM to 4 PM PST

Pay Range: Hourly base (see below) + Uncapped commissions (OTE: 105k)

Pay: $19.23 per hour

Expected hours: 8 hours of work per day, 40 hours of work per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission

Location: 100% remote position for Ontario and BC residents only
