  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping them understand how our products can support their aims
  • Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product and Customer Success to create interest and identify opportunities for customers to expand how they use Access software
  • Lead conversations that explore customer challenges, shaping tailored demonstrations and proposals that clearly show the value of our solutions
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, keeping accurate records and staying proactive in your follow up so customers always feel supported

You’re confident speaking with local authorities and other public sector organisations, and you enjoy exploring how technology can make their work simpler and more effective. You bring a curious, solutions‑focused mindset and you're comfortable guiding conversations that uncover opportunities for growth. You enjoy working with others to solve problems and you’re motivated by helping customers get the most out of the tools available to them.

Day-to-day, you will:
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping them understand how our products can support their aims.
