  • Research target accounts (firmographics, technographics, psychographics, trigger events) to craft personalized messaging and educate buyers on Oversight's differentiators and value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce; collaborate with the Account Executive in EMEA; prioritize account lists and build account profiles using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn; support marketing efforts to increase Lead-to-Opportunity conversion.

Position Overview:  Job Purpose 

 

The Sales Development Representative EMEA at Oversight plays a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support the growth of the sales pipeline.  The SDR function will focus on new customer acquisition in fostering both sales (outbound) and marketing sourced (inbound) opportunities.  This position involves proactive outreach, collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success departments, and utilizing various tools to enhance prospecting efforts.  The representative is expected to achieve monthly quotas to support the overall success of the business. 

 

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Drive pipeline contribution resulting in revenue growth through creative and customized outreach campaigns including but not limited to: high quality and high quantity cold calls, strategic email, and social selling/social media engagement with a primary focus on setting warm meetings utilizing BANT qualification for the broader sales team.
  • Execute outbound cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn channels, and marketing sourced follow up
  • Research accounts within our target market inclusive of firmographics, technographics, psychographics and trigger events to compose personalized messaging that resonates with key personas. Understanding of financial technology and terminology a plus.
  • Educate our buyer on Oversight’s differentiators and value proposition 
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity within our SalesForce CRM platform
  • Work closely with Account Executive within EMEA and effectively prioritize account lists, build out account profiles using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn, and support all internal marketing efforts to increase Lead to Opportunity conversion
  • Own and execute upon personal sales prospecting campaigns
  • Have a significant impact on pipeline growth and new logo acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven business development experience through effective and efficient adoption of SalesForce, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.  Knowledge of G2, 6Sense, Hubspot, and Chorus a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sophisticated sales and marketing organization(s)
  • An understanding of key buying personas in both finance and procurement a plus
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • A team player with drive and grit with a strong desire to succeed, strong sense of urgency to reach goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Creative thinker bringing new ideas to the table in regards to sales prospecting
  • This role solely supports our EMEA sales organization. Central European Time working hours are required.  Bilingual a plus.
