Job description

Role Overview

Purple, Rock, Scissors is seeking a Senior Creative Director to shape and lead brand identity systems across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints. This role is for a hands-on creative leader, someone who pairs rigorous strategic thinking with exceptional design execution.

You will define and evolve brand ecosystems from concept to launch, guiding work across identity systems, packaging, environments, social campaigns, and digital product brands. Working in close partnership with strategy, engineering, and client teams, you’ll translate ideas into cohesive, scalable experiences that resonate in the real world.

As a key creative force at PRPL, you will operate at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and design craft. You’ll mentor and inspire designers while actively contributing to the work, setting a high bar for creative excellence and originality.

The ideal candidate is energized by complexity, fluent in modern creative tools, including AI-assisted workflows, and deeply understands how brands grow, adapt, and perform across systems. You bring clarity to ambiguity and create work that is intentional, forward-looking, and meaningfully connected to business and culture.
