Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in Product Feed Management using Productsup or a comparable platform, and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as Adjust and Appsflyer.
  • Proficiency in marketing networks (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok) and data visualization with Clarisights, Adverity, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong data capabilities: data-driven mindset, advanced Excel skills, and ability to write basic queries; familiarity with AI automation tools (OpenAI products, Google AI Studio, make.com, n8n, Google Sheets scripts).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap); robust project management skills and ability to learn independently; fluent in English (German a plus).

  • Maintain and update clients' product catalogs to ensure live and accurate data.
  • Manage marketing tools such as ProductsUp, Adjust, Appsflyer, Clarisights, and Adverity.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to analyze campaign performance and improve data quality by optimizing setups.
  • Define requirements and support developers in integrating marketing tools; connect tools with various data sources to provide a complete data view; support clients and team members with in-depth data analyses to identify and resolve issues affecting campaign performance.

As a Marketing Analyst on our Paid Media team, you will work closely with Paid Media Specialists and Marketing Consultants to develop, maintain, and optimize marketing dashboards and reports. You will analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness for high-profile clients such as Rewe, Audible, and Telekom.
Your mission
  • Maintain and update clients’ product catalogs to ensure they remain live and accurate. 
  • Manage marketing tools, such as ProductsUp, Adjust, Appsflyer, Clarisights, Adverity, and others. 
  • Develop reporting dashboards to analyze campaign performance and improve the quality of data by optimizing setups 
  • Define requirements and support developers in integrating marketing tools effectively. 
  • Connect marketing tools with various data sources to provide a complete view of all data points. 
  • Support clients and team members with in-depth data analyses to  identify and resolve issues affecting campaign performance
Your profile
  • Experienced in Product Feed Management, ideally using Productsup or a comparable platform and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as Adjust, Appsflyer.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Networks: Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok. 
  • Strong skills in Data Pipelining & Visualization using Clarisight, Adverity, and Google Spreadsheets. 
  • Data-driven mindset and advanced Excel skills and ability to write basic queries.
  • Ability to leverage AI & Automation tools, including OpenAI products (ChatGPT, Sora…), Google AI Studio, make.com, n8n, Google Spreadsheets & Scripts, and other Google products. 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms: MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver tasks efficiently
  • Ability to learn and adapt independently in dynamic, changing environments.
  • Structured work approach combined with strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members, and the ability to clearly explain requirements, processes, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of tasks and projects. 
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus but not required.
