Role description:

Reporting to the Revenue Marketing Manager DACH, the Revenue Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of regional marketing programs and integrated demand generation initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized person who will be oriented towards campaign execution, focused on supporting regional events, local PR initiatives, customer marketing activities, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.

You will maintain a strong connection with internal teams, regional sales, customers, partners, external agencies, and the wider European Revenue Marketing team to support the development of impactful marketing programs from initial planning through execution and lead hand-off to Sales. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer looking to grow within an international B2B SaaS and revenue marketing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of regional external events, third-party tradeshows, customer events, and the Aras Connect event series across Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with the European Revenue Marketing team to coordinate and support EMEA-wide demand generation campaigns and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Support local PR and communications activities in collaboration with corporate communications, agencies, customers, and partners.
  • Assist with the development of customer success stories, case studies and reference activities.
  • Support regional demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns including email nurtures, LinkedIn campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and sales prospecting programs.
  • Work closely with EMEA field marketing and global campaign teams to help localize website, messaging, content, and marketing assets for the DACH market.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, internships included.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, especially when communicating with customers, senior executives, peers, and business partners.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Experience or interest in events, digital marketing, PR, customer marketing, or demand generation programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Demandbase is beneficial.
  • Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to support content creation, research, or campaign workflows is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
