Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly remote Receptionist to join our team on a part time/full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients and visitors have a positive experience remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
  • Schedule appointments
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with organizing company events and meetings
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
