Recruiter - SourceCode Staffing

Toronto, ON (100% Remote)

SourceCode Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced recruiters who are dedicated to helping you build a successful career in the industry. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
  • Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
  • Healthcare Recruitment preferred 
  • High Volume Recruitment
