Ontario, Fully Remote

Source Code is a global STEM consulting and workforce solutions firm that works 100's of large enterprise clients within Government, Health Care, Banking/ Finance, and Technology sectors.

Most of our team is based out of Toronto, but we service clients globally, 

Responsibilities:

  • ο»ΏAssist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
  • Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.

Must Have:

  • ο»Ώ1+ years of IT recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills  

Nice to have:

  • Experience working within health care 
  • Experience hiring of public sector positions with the Canadian Government
