Able to work a 10-month season (Oct 15 – Aug 15) in St. Thomas, USVI and the BVI, living aboard.
Captain: Active USCG 50T/100T with sailing endorsement or RYA License with commercial endorsement.
Chef: Culinary/cooking experience.
STCW certifications and a fun, professional attitude aligned with the company core values (Honor, Integrity, Seek Knowledge, Have Fun).
Requirements:
Lead and manage all yacht operations on term charters including navigation, docking/anchoring, safety, and guest services to ensure a memorable vacation experience.
Provide culinary services as Chef, including meal planning, preparation, and onboard hospitality for guests.
Ensure vessel compliance with USCG/RYA/STCW requirements and maintain safety equipment and records.
Collaborate with Paradise Yacht Management and maintain a positive, professional team culture consistent with company core values while living aboard during the 10-month season.

We are Paradise Yacht Management (PYM), the largest exclusively crewed term charter yacht management company in the Caribbean strategically based in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Currently, we have over charter yachts available for a qualified team (Captain and Chef) to crew for the current and upcoming season.
