Requirements:

  • Coordinate your recruiting squad to keep them happy and productive; plan, hire, onboard, train, and monitor new analysts; manage team capacity; measure performance and create career plans
  • Define and execute recruiting strategy: maintain momentum, recycle candidates, build hiring funnels, advise on tech job descriptions and salary calibrations; own activation messaging and quarterly OKRs
  • Lead recruiting projects: process improvement, vendor/external team management, enhance Screeners program, train and coordinate external interviewers
  • Monitor KPIs: hires per month, recruiting metrics health and data cleansing, team performance, client NPS, and project progress

Job description

This is a remote position.

Nexton is seeking a Technical Recruiting Manager to coordinate a squad of recruiters. You'll have to know about the latest trends in programming languages, develop and test ideas, communicate with CTOs and Developers in the Silicon Valley and LATAM startup ecosystems. You'll be responsible for helping and making multiple client deliveries and providing assistance. You will be the one designing the staffing strategy of your team. You'll help drive hiring decisions with impact and ethics. You'll be part of a successful team innovating in the technical recruiting industry with leading best practices and automated processes. You will be reporting to the Recruiting Director.

Responsibilities:

People management
  • Coordinate your squad, keep them happy and productive.
  • Plan, hire, onboard, train and monitor new analysts.
  • Manage team capacity.
  • Measure performance and put in place career plans. Responsible for team performance.
  • Team communication
  • Revisit team processes, own commission review policy

Recruiting strategy
  • Keep everything moving, do not allow dead statuses to pile up.
  • Recycle your squad candidates whenever possible, help your squad score!
  • Submit candidates to clients and extend offers to candidates.
  • Build and design hiring funnels
  • Advise on tech JOs and salary calibrations, work with sales suggesting strategies when needed
  • Process gatekeeping.
  • Define activation messages. Assist team members in managing activation replies from candidates and sourcing if needed.
  • Suggest and implement new ideas to improve delivery.
  • Own quarterly OKR hiring strategy to comply with the desired outcome

Recruiting projects
  • Lead process improvement projects.
  • Vendor and external team management.
  • Own Screeners program enhancements.
  • Help in training and coordinating external interviewers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiting Lead.
